Aaditya Vaishnav K is the founder and CEO of OLM Techademy. He built the curriculum from the ground up and leads a dedicated team — Atharv Nagar, Arham Shah, and Hitanshu Shah — who work together to make sure every student truly understands the material, with support in Gujarati whenever English isn’t quite landing.

Aaditya, founder of OLM Techademy
About me

I’m Aaditya Vaishnav K. I built OLM Techademy myself — no investors, no bench of trainers standing behind a glossy logo. Just me and a small, hands-on team: Atharv Nagar, Arham Shah, and Hitanshu Shah. When you join a batch, you’re learning from people who actually built this thing — the same team that wrote the curriculum, broke and fixed countless hours of AI tools, and figured out what actually matters versus what’s just conference-slide noise.

I started this because I kept watching the same gap play out. AI tools were getting more powerful and more accessible every month — yet most people stayed on the sidelines. Not from lack of interest or ability, but because learning AI felt gatekept: premium pricing locked real teaching behind a paywall, jargon-heavy courses prioritized sounding smart over making sense, theory-only classes left people with knowledge but no way to use it, and for a lot of Gujarat, a language barrier shut the door before it even opened.

OLM Techademy launched on 24th February 2026, from Gujarat, with one mandate: teach AI the way it should be taught — live, affordably, in Gujarati and English, by people who actually care whether it lands. No watered-down curriculum to save on delivery. No artificial scarcity to justify a higher price. No “fill the seats” mentality — every batch, every student, every session matters. Students have joined live from Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot and Vadodara since launch, and the batches stay small on purpose, because that’s the only way every question actually gets answered.

I’m not the loudest person in the room — ask anyone who’s met me — but I’d rather let the work talk. I’m a builder before anything else: I designed the curriculum and lead the vision, while Atharv, Arham, and Hitanshu help run the operations, marketing, and teaching that make it all work day to day. I’m also a perfectionist, and admittedly a little too online about AI — I’ve pulled apart more tools than I can count and built a few AI-powered things of my own along the way. And if a build gets too complicated for its own good, you’ll usually hear my unofficial signature line: “Can you just stop?”

The bigger goal behind all of it is simple: high-value AI education shouldn’t be locked behind sky-high course fees or a language you don’t think in. We’re starting in Gujarati and English, in Gujarat, and we’ll keep adding more languages and more reach as this grows — batch by batch, not by cutting corners. If we do this right, more people walk away thinking, “I can do more than I thought I could.”
